Our Family Business
Founded in 2006, and formerly known as CG&J Enterprises, LLC, C&G Properties, Inc quickly transitioned from a part-time hobby to a viable full time venture. Over the years we have invested in residential, commercial, and mobile home type properties. At the core of our business is the belief of treating the people we do business with honestly and with integrity. We pride ourselves in being one of the rare companies that if our staff tells you something; you can count on it!
Gil Wigington
As the President of C&G Properties, Inc, Gil got his start in real estate, while he worked full time in the I.T. Industry, by purchasing foreclosed HUD homes to flip. Within a few years he decided to make real estate his full time career by investing as a long term property holder. He has also held a Nebraska Real Estate Broker's license, served as a two term Colfax County Commissioner, and personally managed Sunset Acres Mobile Home Park for over 13 years. In 2017 Gil obtained his Private Pilot's license and enjoys flying his Cessna 172K (Bella) whenever he gets the opportunity.
Colene Wigington
As the Secretary of C&G Properties, Inc, Colene keeps everyone on task and moving in the right direction. Her input on every project or investment is critical to the company, as she brings her personal vision to each. When she isn't keeping the rest of our staff in line, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Colten Wigington
Growing up in the mobile home park world, Colten has first hand experience at the day to day operations of any mobile home park. As a young boy he learned everything from cleaning sewer lines, and winterizing homes, to assisting tenants with account issues. Today he puts that knowledge to work by helping his folks in every new venture that C&G Properties, Inc considers. For further knowledge of real estate investing, he also acquired his Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson license in 2020.
